Every legal entity and self-employed person is required to comply with the obligations set out in particular by Act No. 133/1985 Coll. and Decree No. 246/2001 Coll. The first step is the correct classification of the operated activity according to the level of fire risk. This includes assessing the type of operation, quantity of combustible materials, number of persons, technological processes, and the structural design of the building. Part of the documentation includes fire regulations that define the rules for safe operation, the handling of combustible materials, and employee responsibilities. An integral part also includes fire alarm instructions that specify the exact procedure in the event of fire, including alarm activation, evacuation, and calling for assistance.

The evacuation plan ensures the organised and safe evacuation of persons from the building. It includes both textual and graphical sections with escape routes, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and assembly points clearly marked. We also focus on electrical installations, overloaded sockets, unsuitable extension cables, and the storage of materials near heat sources. An important part is also checking the storage of combustible materials and assessing compliance with safety limits.

After the inspection, the client receives a clear report listing identified defects, their classification according to severity, and proposed specific corrective actions. The aim is to help effectively eliminate risks and improve the safety of the building and the people inside.

Fire safety systems form an essential part of the protection of every building. This also includes assessment of operational readiness, compliance with project documentation, and verification of the fire resistance of individual elements.

We proceed systematically and with emphasis on the actual condition of the building. First, we familiarise ourselves with the documentation and identify the installed systems, followed by physical inspection of the individual elements, technical assessment, and preparation of a clear final report including identified defects and recommended corrective measures.

In modern buildings, the correct interaction of individual fire safety systems is essential. We carry out coordination functional tests, where we verify that the individual systems properly follow one another and respond in the correct sequence during fire situations.

These tests are particularly important during commissioning, after reconstruction, after interventions in fire safety systems, or after changes in technology and building use.
