What Is Included in FSD

FSD is an integral part of project documentation for the building approval process and serves as a basis for the statement of the Fire Rescue Service. Properly prepared documentation significantly reduces the risk of project rejection and costly later modifications.

Fire Risk and Calculations
This section includes a detailed assessment of the building’s fire risk. We evaluate the type of operation, quantity of combustible materials, building height, number of occupants, and technological processes that may affect fire safety.
We carry out fire load calculations for individual compartments, determine fire safety classifications, and propose measures that correspond to the actual operation of the building. Accurate calculations are the key to a safe and economically reasonable design.

We assess the length and capacity of escape routes, corridor widths, staircases, fire resistance of structures, and smoke ventilation. The aim is to deliver a solution that is both compliant with standards and practically feasible.

All proposals are coordinated with other technical disciplines, such as electrical installations, HVAC systems, and plumbing, to ensure that the final solution is technically and operationally functional.
